We are so excited to announce the introduction of our new On-Demand STREAMING Platform on our BPM Fitness APP…

At BPM Fitness we are all about supporting you to workout on your terms! That’s why there are no timetables or class bookings when you train in our studio. Now we’ve got you covered when you are at home, on holidays or travelling for work. Whatever your fitness level, experience, goal or preferred workout our exciting new platform has classes to suit you.

The App is constantly evolving with new workouts being added regularly. Choose from over 100 classes at over 3 levels of intensity and duration.

  • High Intensity: such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute), Tabata, AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible), Boxing and Muay Thai
  • Moderate Intensity: such as Strength, Barre and Cardio
  • Low Intensity: classes such as Yoga, Pilates and Strecth

– There are NO lock in contracts or joining fees- Memberships are debited weekly

– Minimum membership term is 1 week

– Should you wish to cancel please provide your request in writing via email directly to hampton@bpmfitness.com.au

– Payment can be via bank account or VISA/MASTERCARD (1.87% merchant processing fee applies on credit cards)
